  Course Commissioning    On September 11/12, 2004, the course will be commissioned,
  with paddlers using the facility for the first time!

  Volunteers are needed for:
    - rescue trained shore-based support personnel
    - first aid certified shore personnel
    - people to coordinate/deliver a BBQ for the volunteers on the Saturday night
    - people with video cameras to document the flows at the various levels, and the
      performance of the features
    - people to work the flow controls, and to help document all of the testing

  As well, a group of expert paddlers is required, in a variety of boats, to paddle the course
  at the various flow levels, to ensure that the features are safe.

  There will be a BBQ on Saturday night, and lots going on.
