WKABC Event Insurance Riders
Insurance riders are a service the WKABC makes available
to our member clubs, to cover sanctioned events and activities
that the WKABC and its member clubs may provide.
Note: Insurance riders are only issued for events which
are pre-approved by the WKABC - you will need to apply for coverage
before your event commences.
Processing times are 7-14 days, depending on the insurer's workload.
Send your request in early to ensure that we have sufficient time
to process it in time for your event.
Insurance riders have been issued by the WKABC to cover:
- pool sessions
- access to rivers via private property
- classroom or facility rentals
- events in Provincial and National Parks
- club events
- WKABC events
If you are unsure whether your event may qualify for coverage, please
contact the WKABC

| How to obtain an event rider |
Please submit all of the following information, either
Or, via mail to our mailing address
To issue a rider we require the following information:
1) the name of the Co-insured party
(the party to be covered)
2) a contact name at the Co-insured
3) a fax number for the Co-insured
4) the dates and times of the event
5) the duration of the event
6) a description of the event
7) the contact name in charge of the
event
8) phone number for the event organizer
9) an e-mail for the event organizer
