WKABC Day of Event Membership

Day of event membership is a service the WKABC offers to our member clubs.

Day of event membership entails insurance coverage for an event that member clubs host, where both non-members, and members participate in the event.

Please note: our insurance policy only covers members of the association.

Therefore any non-members participating in any events hosted by our member clubs require day of event membership in order to be covered by our insurance policy.

Please also note: The WKABC must approve day of event memberships before the event occurs.

Please utilize the following form to gather the required information from participants at any events where day of event membership is being requested.

Once your event is approved, these forms should be fully completed and returned with the appropriate payment, via mail, to the WKABC mailing address

 Obtaining Day of Event Insurance

Please submit all of the following information, either 

Or, via mail to our mailing address

To provide day of event membership we require the following information no later than 14 days prior to an event:

1) the contact name in charge of the event

2) the names of the people who will actually deliver the event

3) a description of the event, including: location, type of event, number of people expected, duration of the event, and date and time of the event

4) phone number for the contact person

5) an e-mail for the contact person

We also require that you submit, no later than 14 days after your event:

1) completed forms to the WKABC via mail
2) the payment fee:
     $2/person/day for indoor events
     $5/person/day for outdoor events
