Instructor & Leader Certification
For all of our Instructor and Leader certifications, our certification requirements are as follows:
1) maintain your WKABC membership to remain certified;
2) recertify every 3 years;
3) the recertification requires attending any one of the following within 3 years of your certification date:
a) one day of any equivalent-level instructor course offered by the WKABC (where you will spend a day reviewing current technique and presenting a teaching topic, along with the other instructor candidates)
b) successfully complete any higher level instructor/coach/leader course offered by the WKABC
4) Maintain and Adhere to the standards and behavior and conduct that the association sets.

River Safety & Rescue Certification
